Zacaffe in Madrid

Inditex has introduced an innovative concept in its Zara Man store in Madrid: Zacaffé. Opened at 14 Calle Hermosilla in the exclusive Salamanca district, this space marks a new milestone for the textile giant by combining fashion with a unique gastronomic environment. Zacaffé is not just a café, but a place that offers both customers and visitors an enriched experience, accessible from the store itself or through a separate entrance from the street.

Zacaffé's design was developed by Art Recherche et Industrie, the prestigious agency led by French artist Ramdane Touhami. Its architectural proposal is inspired by the neo-Mudejar style, evoking the Casa Árabe in Madrid. This homage is reflected in every detail of the space, from the tiles to the personalized tableware, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere that captures the cultural essence of the environment.

A 700 square meter space full of innovation

Inside Zacaffé

The Zara Man Hermosilla store occupies an impressive space of more than 700 square metres spread over two floors, being a pioneer in Madrid in being dedicated exclusively to men's fashion collections. In addition to Zacaffé, the store includes various technological innovations that improve the customer experience, such as assisted checkout areas, specific points for returns and the possibility of making online purchases and collecting them in just two hours.

The store's interior is designed to offer a unique experience, with differentiated environments that include artistic exhibitions such as the photography exhibition by photographer Juan Baraja, exclusive boutique spaces for the Origins and Zara Athleticz lines, and a limited collection, Hermosilla 14, which includes numbered garments and accessories with limited editions of 50 units. Among the items, high-quality pieces made of cashmere, wool and cotton stand out.

A cultural and gastronomic commitment

Design inspired by Casa Árabe

Zacaffé does not just present itself as a conventional coffee shop. The space seeks to become a cultural reference point in each city where it is established. Inditex's expansion plan currently includes the opening of new Zacaffés in Tokyo and Seoul by 2025, adapting the design and distinctive elements to local contexts. This approach underlines the brand's intention to connect with the cultures of the host cities.

Zacaffé's initial menu offers a simple selection of coffees, teas and pastries, although work is already underway to expand the gastronomic offering with savoury options in the future. On the other hand, visitors will also find an exclusive line of merchandising which includes mugs, thermoses and t-shirts, reinforcing the distinctive identity of the place.

Fashion and technology: a comprehensive experience

Integrated spaces in Zara Man Hermosilla

The Zara Man Hermosilla store brings together the best of technology to offer a comprehensive experience. Thanks to its integrated online platform, customers can check available inventory, browse the store virtually and manage returns quickly and efficiently. This balance between the digital and the physical is one of Inditex's strongest bets.

In addition, Zara Hermosilla has exclusive collaborations such as the one with Casa Castellano, a high-end Spanish footwear brand. Its seven shoe models are only available in this store or on the website. Also noteworthy is the inclusion of a limited line of perfumes and personal care items that will soon be available in this space and in other selected ones.

A selective model that combines fashion and lifestyle

Zacaffé Merchandising

Inditex does not plan to bring Zacaffé to all of its stores, but rather reserve this concept for emblematic locations or flagship stores. This model seeks to offer customers an exclusive experience that combines shopping with moments of relaxation in a unique environment. In this first Zacaffé, architecture, gastronomy and fashion converge to offer a vision of how brands can redefine their relationship with customers.

The opening of Zacaffé represents a bold step in Inditex's constant process of innovation, positioning Zara as something more than a fashion store. This space is the reflection of an approach that combines design, functionality and culture, creating a place where fashion is experienced in an integral way.
